Is it just IKEA flat-pack furniture that you build?

No we assemble all types of flat pack furniture from Habitat, Argos, Harveys, Next, John Lewis, Homebase, Peter Jones, Dwell and most other suppliers.

Can you fix my wardrobe or cupboards to the wall?

No problem, but please request this service when you place the order so that we can ensure we have the right fixings and tools.

Will you remove packaging?

As part of our office installation service or furnishing for lettings service we will arrange for packing to be cleared. However, we will always ensure that the work area is left in a clean and tidy condition after completing your assembly.

What happens if parts are missing?

Our assembly teams carry a small selection of common spare parts. We will be able to advise exactly which parts you should request from the supplier.

What happens if an item of furniture is damaged or defective?

We will let you know if we encounter any problems immediatetlly. If required we will write a report for you to send to the supplier.

Can you cut access panels for plugs or cables in my furniture?

Providing the design of the furniture permits this without compromising its integrity then that is not a problem. Please request this when ordering so we can ensure we have the right tools for this job.

Can you fit shelves or blinds for me?

No problem. Please request this when ordering so we can ensure we have the correct fittings for this job.

Can you give me a fixed assembly quotation?

The time it takes to assemble your furniture depends largely on the environmental conditions in which the assembly takes place. Building a chest of drawers in an empty flat is quicker than in a messy teenager's bedroom! Our trained assemblers will typically build your furniture two or three times faster than a novice; your furniture will be built correctly and professionally, and is guaranteed for 12 months free from any errors in assembly.
