Property Rental / Development
Your potential tenants will have looked at many properties,
all furnished with the same unimaginative furniture provided
by the many “furnishing for landlords or lettings”
companies. The choice of furniture they offer is based on
the margin they make in selling it, not on the quality of
construction and design. We specialise in using Ikea furniture
and accessories to create a stylish environment that your
prospective tenants will want to make their home. In effect,
we give it the look that they would aspire to themselves.
We provide you with a fully project-managed service and a
dedicated account manager. You can be as hands on or off as
you wish. Many clients simply give us a budget and an overview
of their target tenant and leave the rest to us. Alternatively,
we will work with you using our knowledge and experience of
the Ikea product range to create a distinctive result. We
co-ordinate all the shopping, delivery and installation of
your Ikea furniture and can help with many DIY jobs around
the property i.e. installation of blinds, curtains, mirrors,
shelves and many more.
