Lounge: Klippan Sofa, Table & 4 Chairs, Lack TV unit, Lack Coffee table, decorations

Cost of furniture: £867
Shopping + delivery + assembly + rubbish clearance £350

Total cost: £1197 - That is a 2 bedroom flat furnished with Ikea furniture: all the delivery, assembly, installation and hassle for just over £1000 + VAT - the only intelligent choice is when to have us install.

Add a bedroom: Based on the spec above add more bedrooms for £399 each.
